Sweet & Sour Noodles with Veggies And Peanuts

Give them noodles the healthy way! Tossed with the goodness of veggies and the exciting, crunchy addition of peanuts, it's an absolute treat for your child. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup definitely creates magic by adding its unique flavour to the dish.

Ingredients

  1. Cooked noodles: 1 cup
  2. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
  3. Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
  4. Vinegar: ½ teaspoon
  5. Smooth peanut butter: 1 teaspoon
  6. Chopped spinach: ¼ cup
  7. Oil: 1 tablespoon
  8. Finely chopped onion: 1
  9. Spring onion greens: 2 tablespoons
  10. Finely chopped carrot: 2 tablespoons
  11. Roasted & crushed peanuts: 1 tablespoon

Method of Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and peanut butter until smooth
  2. Add cooked noodles to this and toss well
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, spring onion and grated carrot. Stir fry it for few minutes
  4. Put this over the noodles in a bowl and toss
  5. Top it with roasted peanuts.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry spinach for few minutes
  7. Add the vegetable to the noodle bowl and toss it well again
  8. Serve this vegetable noodles in your kid's tiffin box
