Marinara sauce on pizza bread

Bread Cheese Pizza with a tangy topping of Marinara Sauce and veggies is sure to get your kids excited about their tiffin. The sweetness of the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup cuts out the sourness and speeds up cooking time, so a delicious pizza will be ready in no time!

  1. Bread cut in circles: 6 slices
  2. Tomato puree: 3 medium tomatoes
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  4. Carrot puree: 2 tablespoons
  5. Beetroot puree: 2 tablespoons
  6. Finely chopped onions: 1/2 cup
  7. Mixed herbs: 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garlic: 1 clove
  9. Bay leaf: 1
  10. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  11. Fresh chopped coriander: 1 tablespoon
  12. Grated cheese for garnishing: 5 gram (each bread slice)
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil. Add the chopped onions and saute the onion until translucent. Add garlic, pureed carrots and beetroot.
  2. Add the bay leaf, pepper, and mixed herbs.
  3. Add pureed tomatoes, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt.
  4. Let the sauce cook for 20 minutes and then add chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Toast the bread on a non-stick pan. Spoon the marinara sauce on the bread and garnish with cheese.
