Jammy Poha is a healthy twist to the traditional poha recipe. Rajgira and oats balance the flavor of the recipe. Add Kissan Berry Blast Jam to bring in a refreshing fruity flavor to the dish that your child will love!

  1. Thin poha: 1/2 cup
  2. Rolled oats: 1/4 cup
  3. Corn flakes: 1/4 cup
  4. Popped amaranth (rajgira): 2 tablespoons
  5. Almond flakes: 2 tablespoons
  6. Melon seeds (magaj): 2 tablespoons
  7. Raisins: 1 tablespoon
  8. Kissan Berry Blast Jam: 2 tablespoons
  9. Cinnamon powder: 1 large punch
  10. Rice bran oil: 1/2 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Mix the Kissan Berry Blast Jam, cinnamon powder and oil in a bowl.
  2. Place the poha, oats, almond flakes, melon seeds and raisins in a baking tray.Drizzle this jam mixture on the poha and oats and mix using a spatula.
  3. Bake at 150 degrees centigrade for 10-12 minutes or until the mixture is slightly crisp.
  4. Allow to cool completely. Then, add the corn flakes and popped amaranth and mix well.
  5. Pack with sides of pomegranate and khakhra.
