Jammy French Toast

Give your regular french toast a twist with this Jammy French Toast recipe. It’s fun and tasty when made with Kissan Berry Blast jam that gives a burst of fruit flavours and ensures that your child’s tiffin comes home empty.

  1. Kissan Berry Blast Jam: 3 tablespoons(60g)
  2. Whole wheat bread: 6 - 8 slices
  3. Eggs: 3
  4. Milk: 1 cup
  5. Cinnamon powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  6. A pinch of salt
  7. Oil: 1 tablespoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Add the Kissan Berry Blast Jam to 2 slices of the bread and make a sandwich, keep it aside
  2. Take a shallow dish and add eggs, beat it well
  3. Add milk, salt and cinnamon to the eggs, mix well
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Now, gently dip the jam sandwich in this egg mixture and turn it around so that it is properly soaked
  6. Place it in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side
