Bell Pepper And Cheese Rotis

Rotis & parathas are a staple in every child's tiffin. That’s why we’ve decided to give it an exotic bell-pepper & cheese twist. Tossed with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup the vegetables get a delectable flavour and a regular roti sabji roll gets crowned as truly exotic dish with a rich, delicious flavour.

Ingredients

  1. Tortilla or chapati: 2
  2. Sliced onions: 1/3 cup
  3. Sliced mixed bell peppers: 1/3 cup
  4. Julienne carrots: 1/3 cup
  5. Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  6. Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Green chillies chopped: 1 teaspoon
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  10. Grated cheese: 1/2 Tablespoon (7.5g) per rotis

Method of Preparation

  1. Sauté all the veggies in olive oil.
  2. Add cumin, red chilli powder, green chillies and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl to cool.
  4. Spread the mixture on a tortilla. Sprinkle some cheese and then place the other tortilla on top. Press.
  5. Pan fry in a non-stick pan until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Cut into quarters and serve
