Baked Cheese & Mushroom Pinwheels

Who doesn’t like Pinwheels as a fun snack? And now, packed with Mushroom and Cheese, it not only tastes delicious but also makes for a healthy and yummy tiffin treat! Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup enhances the the dish with awesome flavours and delivers an amazing taste that kids will finish up in no time.

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour: 1 cup
  2. Ghee: 1 tablespoon
  3. Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  5. Grated cheese: 4 tablespoons
  6. Sliced mushrooms: 1 cup
  7. Sliced garlic: 1 clove
  8. Red chilli flakes: 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  10. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat a pan, add oil, garlic, red chilli flakes and mushrooms. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a big bowl, add flour, ghee and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gently knead the dough by adding the water slowly into the smooth dough.
  4. Now roll the dough into a thin sheet. Spread the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Now roll the sheet into a big cylindrical shape, chop it into 1 inch small pieces.
  7. Grease a baking tray with oil. Place the pinwheels in the baking tray.
  8. Bake at 200° in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Flip once in between.
