Avocado Rolls

Avocado Rolls made with Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce is a unique fusion of exotic ingredients and delectable flavours. Avocado is mixed with sautéed mushrooms and enhanced with the flavours of Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce. This mix is then baked until it is ready to serve as an exciting and healthy tiffin recipe for your kids.

Ingredients

  1. Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  2. Garlic cloves (minced): 1
  3. Diced onion: ¼ cup
  4. Sliced button mushrooms: 1 cup
  5. Mashed avocado: ½ avocado
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Tomatoes (finely chopped): 1
  8. Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
  9. Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce: 1 teaspoon
  10. Phyllo sheets: 6
  11. Four and water slurry to seal

Method of Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C
  2. Heat a pan and add oil, garlic and onion. Sauté until translucent
  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté on high heat until cooked. Transfer to a bowl and allow the mix to cool.
  4. In a bowl, add smashed avocado, salt, pepper, tomato and lemon juice and salt and pepper as required.
  5. Mix well and then add the cooled mushrooms along with Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce.
  6. Take a phyllo sheet and brush with oil.
  7. Place another phyllo sheet on top and brush with oil as well.
  8. Place a third and final phyllo sheet on top
  9. Lay the filling on the top phyllo sheet, wrap it tightly and seal with slurry.
  10. Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake at 180° C for 8-10 minutes.
  11. Remove the cooked roll from the oven, slice and serve.

  13. Sprouts and figs (or any fruit of your choice).
